For families, executors and trustees settling a Park Shore home — a Gulf-front tower on Gulf Shore Boulevard, a house on the Venetian Bay waterways, or a villa in between — with a free walk-through, a written evaluation, and a plan that fits the building and the closing.

Park Shore is ten minutes from our shop — down Pine Ridge or Golden Gate Parkway, across the Trail, and you're on Park Shore Drive. We're there most weeks, and a walk-through can usually be arranged within a day or two. For a family arriving in season with a week to settle a condo, that matters.
Park Shore was laid out by the Lutgert family from the 1960s onward as a planned neighborhood, and it has two distinct halves. Along the Gulf, the high-rise condominiums on Gulf Shore Boulevard North run on the rules every Naples tower does: elevator reservations, service-elevator hours, weekday-only move windows, certificates of insurance, and a front desk that wants names ahead of time. Inland, along the Venetian Bay waterways and the streets off Park Shore Drive, are single-family homes and villas with their own associations. We ask for the building's move policy or the association contact on the first call, handle the paperwork, and schedule the pickup inside the allowed window. Public estate sales are prohibited in the towers and unwelcome in most of the rest; our private route — walk-through, written evaluation, then buyout, consignment or auction — is built for it. The routes compared.
Park Shore's owners came from everywhere good furniture comes from — the Northeast, the Midwest, the Mid-Atlantic — and they came to a neighborhood that has always been about the water and the view. The tower units are furnished for the view, which means the family's serious pieces are often fewer but better: the sterling service, the two or three paintings that made the cut, the good rug, the small French or English pieces that fit a condo, the porcelain in the breakfront. The bay houses hold more — full dining rooms, libraries, collections. In both, the good things are usually the ones that came from the earlier home, and we look for them first.
A great many Park Shore units are second homes, and the estate is settled by children up north between trips, or on one hurried trip in season. We work from photographs, arrange access through a neighbor, realtor or the building's staff, send a written evaluation, and carry out the plan with your approval by phone or email. If you know you'll be down in February, book the walk-through in January — the buildings' move calendars fill.
A free walk-through; a written evaluation; an honest word about what's ordinary; buyout, consignment or auction placement as each piece deserves; the building's paperwork handled; and receipts for the estate file. Jewelry, watches, gold and coins go to our sister shop, Naples Estate Jewelry, in the same visit.
The Moorings, Coquina Sands and Seagate are the same stretch of Gulf Shore Boulevard; Pelican Bay is just north. See Pelican Bay, Old Naples, or all the areas we cover.
The same four steps we use for every estate — with the drive, the gate and the building's rules already factored in.
Where the home is in Park Shore, roughly what's in it, and any dates that matter — a closing, a lease end, a flight home.
We come to the house, free of charge. Out of state? We can work from photographs, or with a neighbor, realtor or attorney who holds the keys.

Pickup, paperwork, gate and building coordination, auction submissions and payment — with a record for the estate file.
Yes — it's the norm on Gulf Shore Boulevard. We ask for the building's move policy up front, arrange the elevator and the insurance certificate with management, and take everything out in one scheduled trip.
Yes. Park Shore condos tend to hold fewer but better things — the silver, the paintings, the pieces that made the cut. The walk-through is free, and ten minutes from our door.
Not in the towers, and rarely elsewhere in Park Shore. Our route keeps everything private: walk-through, written evaluation, then buyout, consignment or auction, with no public in the home.
Usually — if the walk-through is booked before you arrive so the plan is ready when you land. Buildings' move slots fill in season; the earlier we know the dates, the better.
Yes — the whole Gulf Shore Boulevard stretch from Seagate to Coquina Sands is the same trip.
We buy single pieces and entire estates — antiques, silver, art, and furniture. Honest evaluations, free of charge and free of pressure.
