Antique and vintage furniture, sterling silver (tea services, flatware sets, hollowware, candlesticks — monograms are fine), oil paintings, prints, gilt frames and mirrors, porcelain and glass, lighting, clocks, rugs, books, decorative objects, and the odd beautiful thing you'd never guess had value. Most Naples estates are a mix of very good and perfectly ordinary; sorting one from the other is the whole point of a walk-through.

Seasonal residents who are only here from January to April. Condo buildings with elevator reservations, move-out windows and loading-dock rules. Gated communities that need names at the gate. No. The visit and the written evaluation are free, with no obligation. If you sell to us, that's the transaction. If we place pieces at auction or on consignment, the terms are agreed in writing before anything moves.
Usually within a few days for Naples and Marco Island, and within a week for Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers and Cape Coral. If there's a closing or a move-out deadline, tell us and we'll work to it.
We buy what we can sell well — antiques, silver, art, porcelain, good furniture and decorative objects. For the rest, we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth consigning, donating or clearing, and we can refer a clean-out service if the house needs to be emptied completely.

Yes — a good share of the estates we handle have heirs in the Northeast or Midwest. We can coordinate access with a neighbor, realtor or attorney, send photographs and a written summary, and handle everything from there with your approval by phone or email.
Sometimes. Florida probate, estate-tax filings, insurance claims and charitable donations may require a formal appraisal from a credentialed appraiser. Our evaluation is a market opinion, not a certified appraisal; we'll tell you when you need the formal kind and can refer you to an independent appraiser. More on evaluations vs. appraisals.
We don't run public tag sales. We buy, consign and place at auction — which is usually faster, more private, and better for the genuinely good pieces. If a traditional in-home sale is the right fit for a particular estate, we'll say so and point you to reputable companies that run them.
