For families, executors and trustees settling a home in Bonita Springs — from Bonita Bay to Barefoot Beach — with a free walk-through, a written evaluation, and a plan that works with the gate, the HOA and the closing date.

Bonita Springs is our nearest neighbor to the north — twenty to twenty-five minutes from Shirley Street by US-41 or I-75 — and we're there most weeks. Close enough that a walk-through can usually happen within a couple of days, and that a piece can come back to the shop the same afternoon.
A large share of Bonita's homes sit behind a gate: Bonita Bay, Pelican Landing, Spanish Wells, Palmira, Hunters Ridge, Worthington, Highland Woods, Bonita National and the rest. Each has its own routine — a name on the visitor list, vendor registration, rules about which days a truck may come through and where it may park, and an HOA with opinions about anything that looks like a sale. We handle the registration, ask you for the gate or HOA contact on the first call, and schedule pickups inside the community's rules. If you've inherited a home in a 55+ community that forbids estate sales outright, our way of working — nothing public in the house — is usually the only one the rules allow. How the routes compare.
Many Bonita Springs homes were bought in the 1980s and '90s by people retiring from Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland, Boston and Pittsburgh — and a good number of them brought the whole northern house with them. That means the dining room is mahogany, there is a sterling flatware service in the sideboard, oriental rugs are under the furniture, and the oil paintings on the walls came from a grandparent. Old Bonita — the streets around the Imperial River and the downtown — has older Florida houses with older Florida things. Barefoot Beach and the Bonita Beach condos have the same elevator and move-window rules as Marco Island's towers, and we plan for them the same way.
Dining suites and secretaries, complete sterling sets in patterns by Gorham, Towle, Wallace and Reed & Barton, tea services, Lenox and Royal Doulton, mantel clocks, oil paintings and good prints, Chinese export porcelain, rugs — and, reliably, the best pieces tucked in the guest-room closet where nobody has looked in a decade. Jewelry, gold, watches and coins go to our sister shop, Naples Estate Jewelry, in the same visit.
A common Bonita request: three siblings in three states, each wanting certain pieces, and nobody sure what anything is worth. We'll evaluate the whole house before anything is divided, so the split can be fair by value and not just by sentiment — and then handle whatever is left with a single plan.
Estero, San Carlos Park, Naples Park and Vanderbilt Beach are on the way. For the rest of the coast, see all the areas we cover.
The same four steps we use for every estate — with the drive, the gate and the building's rules already factored in.
Where the home is in Bonita Springs, roughly what's in it, and any dates that matter — a closing, a lease end, a flight home.
We come to the house, free of charge. Out of state? We can work from photographs, or with a neighbor, realtor or attorney who holds the keys.
What's there, what it's likely worth, and your options for each piece — buyout, consignment, auction, keep, or donate. The routes compared
Pickup, paperwork, gate and building coordination, auction submissions and payment — with a record for the estate file.
Yes. Give us the community's gate or management contact and we'll handle vendor registration, the visitor list and any insurance paperwork before the visit.
Exactly what we do everywhere: a private walk-through, a written evaluation, then buyout, consignment or auction placement — with no public sale in the house. HOA rules against tag sales don't stop any of it.
Yes, for Bonita Springs. We'd buy the general contents outright, place only the few pieces that truly justify a longer route, and coordinate donation and clean-out for the rest. Tell us the date on the first call.
Gladly. We'll evaluate the contents before anything is divided so each person knows what the pieces are worth, then handle the remainder with one plan.
Yes — Estero, San Carlos Park and the Coconut Point area are on the same run. Call and tell us where the house is.
We buy single pieces and entire estates — antiques, silver, art, and furniture. Honest evaluations, free of charge and free of pressure.
